Iv said it before I need casting lessons, so I was made up when I was able to join Brian Pask down at Langney Point. This is the first of 2 videos about how to pendulum cast. The first video, covers the introductory phase, ( the Partial , or half pendulum cast) If you are new to distance casting from the shore, or new to pendulum casting, It is my recommendation that you learn to do an off the ground cast first, this will enable you to learn how do the 'pull punch' phase of the cast , before you start swinging leads around. This is the second video in a series of 2 , showing you how to Pendulum cast, However , if you want to learn how to perform this expert powerful technique, can I recommend that you have a lesson from competent coach. and then practice , practice , practice. Brian Pask has been coaching me and my distance is improving, although I did crack off in this video (the first one in over 20 years) I apologise for the sound quality on this video, for some reason I had a bad sound day, and I have had to work quite hard to get the sound track up to this standard (which still isnt great)
